A UMD Community Alert was issued this morning for the report of a robbery with a weapon off-campus. Below is information that was sent out to the campus community.

**Community Notice** The purpose of this e-mail is to make you aware of an incident that occurred off-campus near the University of Maryland, College Park campus. Join the University of Maryland Police Department at The Coffee Bar in the Adele H. Stamp Student Union for Coffee with a Cop event. Members of the University of Maryland community can grab a cup of coffee and get to know their campus police officers. This event will occur on the second Wednesday of every month.
