Please join us in congratulating Captain Laura Dyer. She retired from the University of Maryland Police Department in April, after serving 30 outstanding years of service to the University of Maryland community. In recognition of her retirement, Chief Mitchell issued a Proclamation:

College Park, MD – On Saturday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the University of Maryland Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration will host DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day at locations across the country. DEA and its partners will collect tablets, capsules, patches, and other solid forms of prescription drugs.
