INCIDENT: Voyeur Incident OCCURRED: August 31, 2023 (Thursday)/ Between 7 p.m. and 7:10 p.m. LOCATION: Edward St. John Learning and Teaching Center, College Park, Maryland 20742 UMPD CASE #: 2023-79260 BRIEF DETAILS: On Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at approximately 5:27 p.m., the University of Maryland Police Department was notified of a voyeur incident that occurred on August 31, 2023, between 7 p.m. and 7:10 p.m., at the Edward St. John Learning and Teaching Center. A woman (student) reported to police that she was inside the restroom on the second floor, when she noticed a cell phone peering into the stall she was occupying. The student then left the room. The University of Maryland Police Department, Criminal Investigations Unit is investigating this incident.
